For my fellow Japanophiles. How do you think Americans would react to sudden pretend shootings and slashings?

    I sooooo want to go to Japan.

    I think most Americans on the street would ignore you, yell at you, or maybe threaten you with actual physical harm.

    All of them, if they could see they were on camera.

    What was cool about this was that they hid the camera and still got some reactions, though less dramatic than some.

    I shared this with a couple of Japanese friends at school. We all had a good giggle, then agreed that Americans probably would not join in the fun in a situation like that.
