		<description>God, I hope this becomes a generational thing.  It&#039;s cool to see how tech savvy my daughter and her friends are.

I wonder, too, if working at a university helps--my team of programmers is split pretty evenly (of the career staff I helped to hire, based on qualifications, two are women and one is male).  My boss, my division webmaster, the Registrar, the campus data warehouse admins and many of the other tech experts I turn to are women.</description>

		<description>Egad.  I haven&#039;t thought about Fry&#039;s since I moved out of CA over a decade ago.  In this topsy-turvy world it&#039;s nice to hear that some things remain constant; Fry&#039;s customer service has sucked for at least 15 years.
