I know Gurdeep from my time at FCC; she is an amazing woman. I don't know how to do links in these comments, but if you cut and paste this: , you will find the story. I just count myself lucky every day that I had a father who treated me as a person rather than a possession even when I was a small child, who taught me to have confidence in myself and in my opinions, and who supported me in everything I did, even when he didn't particularly approve (like when I was baptized into the Mormon church).
