Next week is finals! This semester is like eating a home-cooked meal in Italy–the courses are scrumptious but they keep on coming and you have no choice but to force it all down. It’s sweet agony, and dull relief is but a week away.
Room for dessert?

I feel ya on that, and I’m not even into finals week. My school is intense. Instead of classes which take 1 or 2 hours a week every week, I go to each class in 4 hour to 9 hour chunks and we meet in as little as 2 days (for 9 hours chuncks) or 6 days (4 hour chuncks). The other thing that makes it tough is they cram a semester work load into a quarter system schedule, so I’m getting an extra semester in for every school year. Man! what was I thinking. I never thought it was possible, but I can actually read 2 to 3 books a week, and this semester had 19 books plus an extra 23 hours lecture on DVD.
But like you said it is scrumptious sweet agony. My professors are more interested in creating a godly life-change in us than whether we pass the class full of head-knowledge. I have learned, applied and grown so much in the last month and a half. Becky actually asked one day, “What are they doing to you!?” Sweet!
Oh, yeah, and that would be why you havent heard from me for a while now. So much to study and apply!

I’m glad your schooling is going so well! I wish I had your discipline. Too many distractions–esp. this work thing…
