newsflash: the mindonfire redesign has begun!
i want to make my new site 100% microsoft-free, at least on the server. i have big plans: a new server, in a city deep below the surface of the earth, free from the clutches of bill gates; an organic blogsite that reacts to the user (but is sometimes quirky or temperamental); a logical journal with a counter-intuitive subconcious underlayer. i’m not sure how to do this stuff, but i’ve never let ignorance or potential perils prevent me from embarking on new adventures.
i’ve picked out a hosting service and this time i will use movabletype instead of building all of my own (buggy) blogware. both of these were recommended by josh (thanks, josh!)::
